Year in review

The first line from the first post for each month of last year, as suggested by Becky68

January: Thanks to RaJ for this one. You scored as Neo, the ?One?.

Feburary: I saw this movie last Friday (1-27-06) after having my first San Diego Tommy?s burger. And I must say that this a must see movie.

March: It turns out that a lot of my visitors come from Canada and so I thought I would share this up-and-coming new resource.

April: This benediction is by Chris and is derived from Romans 16:24, 1 Thessalonians 5:14 and 5:23

May: I wanted to revive this post because it is such a good story.

June: RadioactiveJam sent this to me (because of this post) and I thought it worth sharing with you.

July: OR ?How to Kill Your Fish in 5 Easy Steps? First off, if you want to move your fish and tank from one room to another or from one home to another follow the tips found here

August: Think you know a lot about the movie Office Space? Take this quiz of 100 questions and find out how good you really are.

September: I was just at Costco and picked up all three of the original, unaltered Star Wars (episodes IV, V and VI).

October: My wife and I are going to Seattle at the end of the month (Oct. 20th -30th) and wanted to find out from all you Seattle types, what should we not miss while there?

November: 1. Name the one sport in which neither the spectators nor the participants know the score or the leader until the contest ends.

December: So, I just heard about this but apparently many Episcopal churches have been having what is commonly know as a U2Charist (U2 + Eucharist) and like many of you my first thought was? ?What the heck is a Eucharist??

What concerns me most is how dull my first lines are. The very first sentence should grab you like a passionate kiss and leave you wanting more. Instead, I bore you with qualifying statements, lame introductions and lack-luster posts. I apologize for my piss-poor posting (say that three times fast). Maybe one of my resolutions for this New Year should be to write better posts. More flare, more style, more quality content. Or I could just give it all up and go into travel and tourism.

  1. You know, you are right according to what you said on mist1’s blog… randomly hopping blogs (I like to follow back-links through comments myself) can be quite entertaining…

I may consider that “first line” excersise as well.
