The reason this came up was deals.woot.com had it for .98 plus free shipping (straight from China) but nobody could figure out he 11 functions. That deal has expired and the current price is $1.67
That’s a bit odd — the one sold at Poundland (and also at The 99p Store) had a small instruction leaflet included in the pouch, similar to your illustration above. Maybe the UK importer had those leaflets printed?
According to the comments, the instructions were in Chinese. Plus new buyers didn’t have those instructions yet.
bought a bunch @ $1 ea. from ebay to use as christmas card stuffers for co-workers and was horrified to find the directions in chinese. found this site in a flash, thanks so much. fyi, for all you americans, the ruler is in centimeters.
