Many women find pregnancy, labor, and birth, to be a time of spiritual growth and a clearer understanding of how much God must really love us. Memorizing scripture verses or having them read to you during labor can help keep you relaxed, focused, and confident in God’s design in the birth process. Knowledge

So, although this is my second child, I was feeling very overwhelmed and fearful of the labor and delivery process. I had a rough run of it with my first lil’ guy and was not looking forward to it this time around. These Scriptures have been an encouragement to me and I am actually printing some of them out to bring to the hospital with me and memorize prior to. Already feeling much more equipped. So grateful to have found this sight! I have written all of these verses down on notecards to use while I am in labor at the hospital, as I am trying for a natural birth. This is my first child and I already feel more comfortable knowing I am prepared with scripture!
