Hot Christians

I’m in the middle of moving my site from one host to another and what do I find in my comments but the best spam EVER!

Hello, my name is Anna! As you can probably tell, I?m a Christian woman who loves Jesus Christ and cares for all humans, even the wicked. What you probably don?t know is that I?m hot. My picture below isn?t really that good. I want to use my beauty for GOD, and want to encourage Christian women (my sisters in Christ) to do the same, according to the Great Commission.

There was a link somewhere in there but of course I don’t want to encourage that kind of thing. Strangely, they didn’t post the comment on one of my Worship posts.

  1. I find it interesting that she phrases it, “As you can probably tell, I’m a Christian woman….”
I mean did she give any kind of evidence that would automatically indicate to us that, “Hey, she must be a Christian?” Does the Bible tell us that we shall know them by their fruit?

Anyway, I just find it interesting that she begins with an assumption, and yet nothing really to support it. Does that make sense?

The “comment” was exactly like the opening paragraph from this site.
Maybe I should include her picture (even though she has a different name) but the comment didn’t have a picture or link to a picture.

  2. Heh, nice spam! Surprisingly I get no spam whatsoever with Blogger. I wonder how they’re doing it..? And I’m not overly sure how to give you advice as I haven’t worked with wordpress in a long time.

BTW, the plugin showing your growing baby is so cool!

  3. Definitely an A+ spamment. Congratulations!

    I mean “sorry.”

Wondering – did you notice if that comment shared any notable keywords with the post it tried to reach? I’ve seen several like that lately. Not like “hot Christian” but with apparent keyword connections.
