Every few years, either my birthday or Julia’s birthday falls on Thanksgiving day. Last year was my turn, but this year, Julia has the honors. This is a special opportunity for me since I can express just how thankful i am for Julia and all she does.

First, she is a wonderful woman and makes my heart sing when I think of all she does for our family. Second, the fact we are a family is quite amazing. Not only did she bare the brunt of pregnancy and delivery* but she also has the added challenge of taking care of Corbin throughout the day (something I’m envious of, but she does it well so I can’t complain).

If you’ve never met Julia, you’re missing out. If you have met her, then you know what a wonderful, compassionate, caring person she is. Always willing to help, offering kindness and encouragement she is a beacon of Christ’s love for everyone around her. Corbin and I are so lucky to have her in our lives and it’s evident in his good nature how much he benefits from it.

*if you love your pregnant wife, then you feel the aches and pains too. If only in your heart. My biggest struggle was not being able to ease her pain - so yeah, I bore some of it too.

WordPress 2.6.5 is immediately available and fixes one security problem and three bugs. We recommend everyone upgrade to this release.

Note that we are skipping version 2.6.4 and jumping from 2.6.3 to 2.6.5 to avoid confusion with a fake 2.6.4 release that made the rounds. There is not and never will be a version 2.6.4.

Now keep in mind, this is NOT the much anticipated 2.7 upgrade we are all waiting for, but is probably a good idea to install none-the-less.

Theos is Greek for God and anthropos is Greek for man so the theoanthropos is God-man, referring to Jesus Christ. Hypostatic means a state union between two substances, ousias, or natures in one unified person. The Westminster Confession describes the hypostatic union this way, “The Redeemer of God’s elect is the Lord Jesus Christ, who being the eternal Son of God became man, and so was and continues to be God and man in two distinct natures and one person, forever.”

Following a thorough explanation of the concept of Jesus being both God and man, is an equally thorough discussion on sorts of issues from the inerrantcy of scripture to whether miracles still occur. ME: How can I integrate InLinks to my site? Do I need to create a separate account or is the existing TLA code going to include InLinks?

Brock Boser COO (MediaWhiz): Are you currently using regular TLA on your site(s)?

ME: Yes. Currently, I have a few ads at the end of various posts but no site-wide ads are sold (though I have in the past).

Brock: Ok then sorry we do not allow inLinks with the regular TLA option. It is just one or the other.

ME: Are the same features available through both?

Brock: No, sorry they are not.

Now here’s where it gets confusing…

Wait a sec. You just said they were not available. Are we not communicating? Was I not clear?

Brock: Hi, sorry for the misinformation. InLinks can be found on both inLinks.com and TLA where the regular TLA product can only be found on TLA. Please let me know if you need help or clarification with anything else.

Twice now, people have commented on what an unusual briefcase I have. What’s unusual, is its not a briefcase - nor am I using it as one. But maybe I should.

Its the right size for holding both letter and legal size documents and there’s a nice place for holding a roll of drawings. But I don’t need a briefcase. So what are they looking at? This.
