We have Sunday School for primary school aged children in most churches over here. But where I go to church, the majority of the people are over 55 years old, so needless to say that our Sunday School is rather small. Usually we have about five or six regular children, plus a very extras if we have visitors.

I'm not sure what programs or activities for the children you help to teach. But over here the children are bascially given some given of activity sheet with a Bible verse to color in and paste, which most often gets left behind to be thrown in the rubbish.
