It is not targeted towards the homeless or charity groups like ourselves. We just happen to suffer the results but I wouldn’t give up the law just so our ministry can continue making burritos. It’s what makes eating out safe. Actually, in this case, it’s San Diego County, but what’s important to remember is that this law is intended to protect the health and wellfare of all San Diegians.
